Medical Tattoo
Quality. Reliability. Care.
A worldwide recognised procedure for scars, burns, grafts, stretch marks, vitiligo and skin discolouration — and non-surgical areola correction and reconstruction.

Enhance your natural beauty, adjust colour or shape, or make a statement — results that last. Brows, eyeliner and lips.
A long-lasting way to reduce the visibility of scars, vitiligo patches or stretch marks with medical pigment. Also for skin grafts, hypopigmentation, port wine stains and alopecia.
A non-surgical way to recreate the definition, shading and colour of the areola and nipple — for uneven or missing colour, shape correction, full reconstruction and scar camouflage.
Your treatment journey
Medical and cosmetic tattooing is done on sensitive areas, so every treatment starts with a careful assessment.
1. Consultation
We do a full assessment, discuss realistic expectations and estimate the set of procedures needed for the best result. We recommend a patch test at the consultation and treatment on a separate date, to minimise the risk of allergic reaction. If needed, we also check the colour match at this stage.
2. Mandatory patch test
This service requires a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can do it at the consultation or book it separately. We can’t go ahead with the appointment until the patch test is done.
3. Treatment cost
The minimum price is £150. The cost depends on the concern and the size of the area. At the consultation we give you guidance on the cost of achieving a realistic improvement. On average you’ll need at least 2–3 sessions for paramedical tattooing, and around 2 for semi-permanent make up.
4. Pre- and aftercare
Avoid alcohol, blood thinners and caffeine before the procedure. Rest well and have a good meal so your sugar level and pain tolerance are steady. Afterwards, we give you an aftercare guide and recommend creams for the treated area.
Medical camouflage FAQ
The questions we’re asked most often.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age is 18. You may be asked to show ID in the studio.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
All our consultations are complimentary. To book a service we take a deposit to reserve your slot. The deposit is non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment, and you can reschedule once.
I’m not sure my case is suitable. What should I do?
Every skin condition is assessed individually. We’ll evaluate your case and recommend the best approach for your concern.
How do I book an appointment?
Send us a message on WhatsApp, a DM on Instagram @bodycanvaslondon, an email to info@bodycanvas.uk or call +44 7769 210699.
Do you treat intimate areas?
No, we don’t treat intimate areas.
Can I have treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding we won’t be able to do a procedure for you, as your body is already going through a lot of changes and we don’t want any possible risk for you and your baby. We’re happy to see you 12 months after the birth, or once the baby is no longer dependent on you.
I have a medical condition. Can I have treatment?
We need to know which medical condition you have, as certain conditions make a procedure unsafe. If you’re unsure, check with your GP before your appointment.
I’ve changed my mind. Can I get my deposit back?
The deposit is non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment. You can reschedule once.
How long does the treated area take to heal?
From 45 days to 3–4 months, depending on the treatment.
